To protect our customers, our business and the organisations we work with, all orders submitted to SecureID Print Ltd are subject to the following policy. By requesting a quotation, submitting artwork, placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with the requirements outlined below.

SecureID Print Ltd is not authorised to use, reproduce or distribute NHS logos, NHS branding or NHS identity materials without appropriate authorisation.
Requests containing NHS logos, NHS branding elements or references to NHS organisations may require additional verification before any work can proceed.
Where necessary, we may request written confirmation from the relevant NHS Trust, department or authorised representative before accepting an order.
We reserve the right to verify that the individual requesting ID cards has the authority to do so on behalf of the organisation concerned.
If an order is submitted for a school, academy, nursery, care home, healthcare provider, business, charity or any other organisation, we may request evidence that the individual placing the order is authorised to act on behalf of that organisation.
